Поскольку Острова Кайман являются заморской территорией Великобритании, виза оформляется в консульствах или посольстве Великобритании.
Виза не требуется пассажирам круизных судов, при условии, что после посещения Каймановых Островов, они продолжат путешествие на том же судне.

Part B - Exemptions
Even if you are a national of one of the countries listed above in Part A, you will NOT require a visa to enter the Cayman Islands if:
a. you are not a prohibited immigrant* and you can satisfy an Immigration Officer on arrival in the Cayman Islands that you are:
- authorised by a work permit to work in the Cayman Islands; or
- named in a work permit as a dependant of the licensee; or
- exempted from the requirement to possess a work permit or a dependant of such a person under section 40 of the Immigration Law (2009 Revision); or
- a person who has permission to reside permanently in the Cayman Islands; or
- the holder of a valid re-entry permit
OR
b. you are resident in the United States of America; and you arrive directly from that country; and you produce on arrival a valid United States Alien Registration Card; and you produce on arrival a return or round trip ticket to the United States.
OR
c. you are resident in Canada; and you arrive directly from Canada or the USA; and you produce on arrival proof that you are a permanent resident or landed immigrant of Canada; and you produce on arrival a return or round trip ticket to Canada or the United States.
OR
d. you are resident in the United Kingdom; and you arrive directly from the United Kingdom; and you provide proof on arrival that you are a permanent resident or landed immigrant of the United Kingdom; and you produce on arrival a return or round trip ticket to the United Kingdom.
Note:
Please note that persons taking advantage of the waiver of the visa requirement under (b) to (d) above may only be permitted to enter and remain in the Islands for a period not exceeding thirty days.
* Prohibited immigrants are defined in full in the Immigration Law (2009 Revision) but include the destitute, the mentally disordered, persons creating health hazards to the community, anyone reasonably believed to be a prostitute or living on prostitution, anyone previously deported, anyone convicted in any country of an offence for which a prison sentence of twelve months or more was imposed, and others declared to be undesirable immigrants for economic or moral reasons.
THE IMMIGRATION LAW (2015 REVISION)
THE IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 99(1) and (2)(f) of the Immigration Law (2015 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations -
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2017.
2. The Immigration Regulations (2015 Revision) are amended in regulation 20 as follows -
(a) in subregulation (1)(b) by deleting the words “Bulgaria” and “Romania”;
(b) by inserting after subregulation (1), the following subregulation -
“(1A) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), where a national of Jamaica or China (People’s Republic) -
(a) possesses a valid visa from the United States of America, Canada, or the United Kingdom; and
(b) arrives in the Islands directly from the country for which that visa was issued,
that national may be permitted to enter and remain in the Islands for a period not exceeding thirty days.”; and
(c) by deleting subregulation (3) and substituting the following subregulation -
“(3) A transit passenger who is a national of any of the countries listed below is required to have a visa upon arrival in the Islands -

(a) to join a cruise ship as a crew member within twenty- four hours of arrival;
(b) to disembark from a cruise ship in the Islands in order to transfer to another cruise ship or to leave from the Islands by air within twenty-four hours of arrival;
(c) to repair equipment or carry out engineering services as referred to in regulation 11(2)(p) for a period of not more than twenty-four hours; and
(d) as an operational crew member of a commercial airline.”.

Необходимые документы:
-загранпаспорт, который должен быть действительным на момент въезда в страну. Наличие свободной страницы для вклеивания визы;
-копия первой страницы загранпаспорта с личными данными;
-анкета заполненная на английском языке;
-1 цветная фотография 3,5х4,5 см;
-подтверждение наличия достаточных денежных средств;
-справка с места работы на фирменном бланке, с указанием должности и оклада, заверенная печатью. Справка оформляется либо на английском языке, либо с приложенным переводом;
-неработающим пенсионерам - копия пенсионного удостоверения;
-для студентов – студенческий билет, справка с места учебы, справка с места работы лица, оплачивающего расходы на поездку, заявление за подписью данного лица о том, что он оплачивает расходы по пребыванию;
-для школьников – справка из школы, справка с места работы лица, оплачивающего расходы на поездку, заявление за подписью данного лица о том, что он оплачивает расходы по пребыванию;
-старый загранпаспорт с визами Великобритании, США или Шенгенских стран, если таковой имеется;
-подтверждение принимающей стороны;
-билеты в оба конца, либо билет в третью страну.
ВНИМАНИЕ! С 1 декабря 2014 года изменяются правила транзита через Великобританию.
Для граждан РФ и стран СНГ, а также иностранных граждан требуется наличие транзитной визы в Великобританию.
Транзитная виза
Транзитная виза не нужна в случае, если выезд из страны совершается в день прибытия, и посетительне покидает территорию аэропорта. Для безвизового транзита необходимо, наличие билетов в третью страну, а также билетов на весь дальнейший маршрут.
Иностранные граждане, прибывающие на Каймановы Острова для посадки в местных портах на круизные суда или яхты, должны иметь на руках билет на судно или выписку из судовой роли, подтверждающую резервирование места на яхте.
К каждому оригиналу документа необходимо приложить копию.
Все документы для визы предоставляются на английском языке либо с приложенным переводом. Заверение перевода не требуется.
На каждом листе с переводом должна иметься следующая информация:
-дата;
-имя и фамилия переводчика, его контактная информация, а также его личная подпись;
-подтверждение о том, что перевод соответствует оригиналу.
Биометрические данные для оформления виз для въезда в страны Содружества или Заморские территории Великобритании сдавать не требуется.
Срок оформления визы на Каймановы Острова - от 10 дней до 3 недель.
Визу можно продлить на месте.
Поездка с детьми:
Необходимо представить:
-оригинал свидетельства о рождении и копию;
-если ребенок едет в сопровождении одного родителя либо третьих лиц - оригинал и копию нотариально заверенной доверенности от другого родителя с указанием разрешения на поездку. Если ребенок путешествует без сопровождения (например, едет на обучение), необходимо предоставить нотариально заверенную доверенность от обоих родителей на самостоятельное пересечение границы ребенком.
Уважаемые заявители и представители туристических агентств, в настоящее время мы НЕ принимаем документы на оформление виз для уроженцев республик Северного Кавказа: Дагестан, Карачаево-Черкесия, Кабардино-Балкария, Северная Осетия, Ингушетия, Чечня, а также для граждан Грузии (в т.ч. Южная Осетия и Республика Абхазия) в связи с участившимися случаями безмотивных отказов в выдаче виз вышеуказанным категориям граждан.
Для оформления виз гражданам СНГ (Азербайджана, Армении, Белоруссии, Казахстана, Киргизии, Таджикистана, Узбекистана, Украины) в консульском оруге России (Москве), необходимо подтверждение легального проживания (вид на жительство, разрешение на временное проживание, регистрация по месту пребывания) и наличия средст для поездки (подтверждение места работы, разрешение на работу, выписка из банка об остатке средств на счете).
При оформлении виз в консульском округе России (Москве) Граждане Белоруссии и Казахстана освобождены от необходимости оформления вида на жительство, разрешения на времнное проживание и разрешения на работу в России.
При оформлении виз в консульском округе России (Москве) Граждане СНГ имеющие разрешение на временное проживание или вид на жительство освобождены от необходимости оформления разрешения на работу.
Граждане СНГ при оформлении виз в Москве и отсутствии места работы (разрешения на работу) или отсутствия подтверждения наличия средств в банке вправе предоставить письмо о спонсорстве с приложением копии паспорта спонсора, копии свидетельства подтверждающего отношение к заявителю, подтверждение места работы и выписки о наличии средств в банке. Спонсорами по отношению друг к другу могут быть только родители, дети, бабушки и дедушки, муж и жена. Спонсорство иных лиц правового значения не имеет.
Граждане СНГ (Азербайджана, Армении, Белоруссии, Казахстана, Киргизии, Молдавии, Таджикистана, Туркменистана, Узбекистана, Украины), граждане Грузии, Литвы, Латвии, Эстонии в случае отсутствия консульства на их территории вправе оформить визу в консульстве в Москве без необходимости подтверждения легального пребывания на территории России.
